Yes, even when there is a power failure your alarm system will continue to function as all systems have a back-up battery, typically 24 hours.
In case of an emergency, we recommend calling 911 first if possible. Secondly all Norfolk Secure Tek Systems Inc. alarm systems have three different panic buttons located on the user’s keypad. One to dispatch the police, dispatch the fire department and dispatch for ambulance. If in need of these services, the user must press down either one of these buttons for a full two seconds. There is always an option to carry a wireless panic button, in case of emergency where the customer has fallen and can’t get up.

Norfolk Secure Tek Systems Inc.provides a warranty program to all our customers, free of charge for the first year into the contract. This warranty includes all services and products. After the first year, customers have the option of enrolling in our extended service agreement program.
